14 days to withdraw

Changing your mind is fine: you can withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. One condition: the tamper-evident seal on the vial must not have been broken.

Why an opened vial cannot be returned

A decant is a perfume product. A vial with a broken seal cannot be resold for health and hygiene reasons, which is why the right of withdrawal is lost for a vial whose seal has been broken after receipt (paragraph 22.5 of Cabinet of Ministers Regulation No. 255 on distance contracts; Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU). This does not apply to defects: non-conforming goods can be replaced or returned even if opened — under the legal guarantee. How to withdraw

1. Within 14 days of receipt, notify us by any means: the “Withdraw from contract” button on the order page or in the “Order accepted” email, an email to [email protected] or a letter by post. You may attach a completed withdrawal form. We immediately confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
2. Send the vials with unbroken seals, securely packed, to the following address: Aveņu iela 1, Krāslava, LV-5601, Latvia, no later than 14 days from the day of your withdrawal statement — it is sufficient to hand over the parcel before the deadline. Return shipping is at your expense, with any carrier that provides a tracking number. If it is more convenient, ask us for a parcel locker return label: we will deduct its cost at the carrier’s rate from the refund.
3. We will refund you by the same method you used to pay, without any fees, no later than 14 days from the day of your withdrawal statement; we may wait until we receive the parcel or proof that it has been sent. We refund the price of the goods, gift wrapping and standard delivery (at the parcel locker price); the courier surcharge is not refunded. If you withdraw from part of the order, delivery is refunded proportionally.

Wrong or damaged item received

Wrong fragrance, smaller volume than stated, broken vial, atomiser not working — where possible, take photos of the packaging and the vial and write to us as soon as you can; this does not affect your rights. The legal guarantee of conformity applies for 2 years, and a defect can be reported within 2 months of its discovery. You are entitled to demand a free replacement and, if that is impossible, a price reduction or a refund of all money paid, including delivery.

Parcel not collected

If the parcel comes back to us from the parcel locker or from the courier, we cancel the order and do not send it again. We refund all payments — for the items, gift wrapping and delivery — minus the actual cost of the return shipment charged to us by the carrier, the same way you paid. Our email states how much we refund and how much was deducted. If you still want the fragrances, place a new order.

What is not considered a defect

Differences in how a fragrance is perceived and not liking it are not in themselves a lack of conformity. If the fragrance differs from the original (a different fragrance, spoiled or diluted), write to us — we will check it against the batch and replace it or refund your money. The decant is transferred from an original bottle, and the batch is shown on the label. Longevity depends on skin, weather and storage.
