Where we deliver
To Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia. There is no collection in person — we decant in a home workshop, not in a shop.
Delivery methods
We ship via Montonio. You choose the parcel locker and the carrier when you place your order.

The free delivery threshold is calculated on the products after all discounts: at €59.00, parcel locker delivery is free; at €58.99, it is charged. Delivery and gift wrapping are not included in the amount counted towards the threshold. The final delivery cost is always shown at checkout before payment.
How quickly we dispatch
We dispatch orders within 1–2 working days after payment. The carrier’s delivery time in the table is counted from dispatch. The tracking number is sent by email; the parcel status can be viewed via the carrier’s link and in your account.
Packaging
Each vial is sealed with a tamper-evident seal and labelled with: the fragrance name, volume, batch number, date of minimum durability, and the name and address of the responsible person. The ingredients (INCI) and warnings are given in the leaflet and on the product page. The vials are placed in protective packaging. Gift wrapping — a box with a card — is a paid option at checkout: €9.99.
If the parcel is not collected
The parcel waits in the parcel locker for as long as the carrier allows, counting from the day it arrives there:

The carrier sends the exact deadline and the collection code by SMS or email — go by those. When the period expires, the carrier returns the parcel to us. We then cancel the order and do not send it again: we refund all payments minus the actual cost of the return shipment charged to us by the carrier, and state both amounts in our email.
Payment
Full prepayment on the website: bank links for Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, Šiaulių bankas, LHV, Coop Pank, Revolut, N26 (depending on the country), Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payments are accepted by Montonio; we do not see your card details. Cash on delivery is not available. Prices in euros are final and no VAT is charged: the seller is not registered as a VAT payer.
Receipt
Sent by email immediately after payment, as a PDF in the language of the order. If you need a receipt made out to a different name or address, write to us before dispatch.
