About the scent
Opens with fresh orange blossom, then champaca (an Indian flower that smells like jasmine with a hint of tea) settles onto soft, velvety cedar. Floral but not heady: light and sheer. For warm days, the office and spring walks. It sits close to the skin, so it suits those who dislike loud flowers.
Notes
Notes are what you smell in the scent. The top ones come first, the heart follows, the base stays with you the longest. The number next to a note is how many fragrances in the catalogue have it.
Top notes. The first 15–30 minutes after you put it on: what you smell straight away.
- Orange blossom· 13. Flowers of the orange tree. Honeyed and clean, like fresh laundry and flowers at once.
- Tea· 2. Dried leaves of the tea bush. Fresh, slightly astringent and a little bitter, like a freshly brewed cup.
Heart notes. Opens up after about half an hour and stays for a few hours: the character of the scent.
- . A fragrant flower from India, a relative of magnolia. Rich and honeyed, with hints of apricot and tea.
- Jasmine· 21. A white flower, sweet and a little animalic. It makes a scent warm and sensual.
